Los Nominados A Los Emmy 2013

Hoy se conocieron los nominados al Emmy, también conocido como el Oscar de la televisión. Este premio es el que permite a escritores, guionistas y actores pedir que les renueven las temporadas y que les suban el sueldo.

Las nominaciones se mantuvieron en los favoritos de los últimos años, 30 Rock, Grils, The Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, Homeland, Game Of Thrones y las series habituales. Sin embargo el mundo avanza y también lo hacen los Emmys – no necesariamente los Oscars – ya que por primera vez dos series de Netflix, es decir series exclusivas de Internet, recibieron nominaciones, House Of Cards y Arrested Development.

La plataforma por subscripción recibe un gran espaldarazo con el hecho de que dos de sus series originales – aunque Arrested no sea de creación completa de Netflix – reciban nominaciones  al premios más codiciado de la Televisión. Pareciera que Netflix sigue la dirección establecida por su CEO Reed Hastings cuando dijo que “Netflix debería convertirse en HBO antes de que HBO se convirtiera en el próximo Netflix”. Aunque todavía les quede mucho camino por recorrer, el gigante de la TV, HBO, cuenta con 36 nominaciones.
