Las nominaciones para el Globo de Oro (Golden Globe) fueron dadas ayer 14 de Diciembre a las 5:00 am hora habitual de todos los años para este anuncio. Esta vez fueron anunciados por Josh Duhamel, Katie Holmes y Blair Underwood, quienes acompañaron a Philip Berk, presidente de la prensa internacional.
Las 25 categorías que fueron anunciadas reúnen a las mejores películas presentadas dentro del año 2010. Encontramos varias sorpresas y varias nominaciones habituales y muy esperadas.
La película “ The Kings Speech” arrasa con 7 nominaciones sobrepasando a grandes favoritas como “The Social Network” (6) y a “Inception” (4). HBO se lleva el título con 12 nominaciones en los premios que recogen las cadenas televisivas, y Sony se lleva la categoría de las distribuidoras con 14 nominaciones. En Tv Glee arrasa con 5 nominaciones, seguida por 30 Rock (3) y la nueva Boardwalk Empire (3).
La gran sorpresa de esta edición de los Globos es Jhonny Deep con dos nominaciones en la misma categoría, Actor Principal en Musical y Comedia, por sus actuaciones en “Alicia en el País de Las Maravillas” y “El Turista”.
Nos enorgullece decir que nuestro actor venezolano Edgar Ramírez, fue nominado en la categoría de “Actor Principal en una miniserie o película para TV” en su caso por “Carlos”. La categoría la comparte con Al Pacino, Dennis Quaid, Ian Mcshane y Idris Elba.
Los Golden Globes premian tanto a películas como a programas de televisión y es otorgado por la asociación de prensa extranjera. El evento se lleva acabo todos los años en enero.
Este año se celebra la edición número 68 del premio y se llevará a cabo el 16 de Enero en el Hotel Hilton de Beverly Hills, el anfitrión será el británico Ricky Gervais.
